I refer to the details above. We previously wrote to inform you that an appeal has been made to the Secretary of State against the decision of Charnwood Borough Council, as local planning authority, to refuse planning permission for the development.
An Inspector has been instructed by the Secretary of State under Paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 6 to the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to determine this appeal. An inquiry will take place into the appeal commencing on Tuesday, 6th August 2019 at 10.00am at The Ramada Hotel, High Street, Loughborough LE11 2QL. The inquiry is scheduled to last for four days. You are invited to attend the inquiry and, at the Inspector's discretion, may give your views.
Please note that the venue is accessible for wheelchair users and an induction (hearing) loop system is also available. Parking for members of the public attending the inquiry is available in the Beehive Lane multi-storey car park near to the hotel. Disabled car parking spaces are available in the Beehive Lane car park on the ground floor.
